This recipe is not just for one batch of taco meat. Store it in a glass jar and use it “to taste” as you cook up your taco meat.
I typically guadge how much to use by sprinkling enough over all the meat as it cooks.
Then when the meat is cooked through, I’ll give it a taste test and see if more is needed.

HOMEMADE TACO SEASONING
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sea salt
Mix ingredients together.
Store in a glass jar.
Use to season meat for tacos or fajitas, to taste.
