4th of July Snack Tray Dairy-Free

Check out this super easy 4th of July snack tray, all dairy-free!

Skip baking because summer is too hot for that.

Just shop for these festive red, white, and blue treats, and you’re set!

Whether your party is small or large, inside or at the pool, on the actual holiday or anytime this summer…

you and your kids are sure to enjoy the variety of goodies in this snack tray with no dairy!

Some healthy. Some sugary. There’s something for everyone.

Even our extended family and friends gobble it up, especially the kid and teen cousins.

Nobody even knows or complains that it’s dairy-free.

Finally, a pool snack tray my kiddo could enjoy with everyone!

As always, double-check the labels because ingredients can change. And call the company for manufacturing processes if you need to. Just because these work for our allergies, doesn’t mean they will work for yours. Be safe!

Many milk allergy moms are surprised that the red, white, and blue Oreos with popping candy have been dairy-free.

That’s because popping candy, like popping rocks, often contain milk! Definitely be careful.

But these Oreos have been labeled dairy-free and several milk allergy families have enjoyed them.

Here’s what some moms in our community said about the popping candy Oreos:

  • “My dairy allergic son loved these!!!”
  • “These are kiddo’s favorite EVER!!”
  • “Ana to milk and eggs and kiddo loves them!”
  • “We always snag these!!”
  • “Just found at the dollar store!”

Below is the last package we had, along with its label. Always double-check labels for yourself, though.

People are most dazzled that the white chocolate chips are dairy-free yet taste so creamy and delicious.

We loved the allergy-friendly lines made by both Walmart Great Value and Nestle.

They were regular size white chocolate morsels, a perfect finger-snack for this tray.

But alas, those are now nowhere to be found.

The only dairy-free white chocolate chips we can find now are made by Pascha, a great company.

And Enjoy Life makes the mini white chocolate chips. Throw in a little spoon for those because mini chips aren’t an easy finger food.

Popcorn is a great treat to include in this tray. Filling and healthy.

We especially love this dairy-free cheddar popcorn!

But please make sure you grab the dairy-free flavor.

Skinny Pop also makes a cheddar popcorn that contains milk, I think it’s called Aged Cheddar.

Don’t get those mixed up if you’re dairy allergic.

While many mini marshmallow brands tend to be dairy-free (always check ingredients, of course),

these all natural marshmallows are absolutely delicious!

People will definitely notice that they taste gourmet.

And you can rest knowing they are all-natural.

I don’t even like marshmallows, typically.

But I love these natural marshmallows.

They will bring your snack tray up a notch, something fun and new for people to try.

I absolutely love my clear tray from Pampered Chef and use it for so many things.

Veggie trays, fruit trays, and of course, our 4th of July snack tray!

It even includes removeable cold packs so you can keep your snacks out extra long.

Plus, it has a clear lid for storage in the fridge. So practical, my favorite.

Below, see all the goodies in our July 4th tray!

Again, you won’t have to make a single thing.

Just shop, open packages, and arrange your tray!

Hope you enjoy this red, white, and blue dairy-free snack tray as much as we do.

Also keep in mind, the Olympics are another perfect time to make this festive spread…especially if you’re cheering on red, white, and blue USA!

Or honestly, make it anytime it strikes your fancy. Nobody will complain.
