Homestyle Egg Noodles by Reames

Even though our family outgrew egg allergies many years ago,

it’s not very often that we share recipes or food finds that contain egg.

It takes a very special case for us to do so, and this is one of those times.

So please note, this product does contain egg. See eggless alternatives below.

At our house, we’ve been making chicken soup for years.

With an egg allergy, we just omitted the noodles and still loved warm chicken soup for cold winter nights and sick days, for sure.

Then when we outgrew egg allergies, I didn’t bother looking for noodles to add to our delicious chicken soup.

Surely store-bought noodles would contain milk…or so I thought.

And of course, this mama is way to busy to make homemade egg noodles.

Oh heck no.

So as often happens, it took my adventurous hubby to find the most perfect dairy-free noodles for our chicken soup.

These are so good!

PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.

Reame’s Homestyle Egg Noodles certainly bring our chicken soup up a notch.

But if you have egg or wheat allergy, perhaps you can add quinoa, lentils, or rice to your chicken soup, instead. Check labels to make sure.

We love those add-in’s as well!

For those who can have Reame’s…they are thick, chewy noodles that remind me of the homemade noodles my mom makes.

And they sure make our chicken soup extra hardy.

Here are the ingredients on our package, but always double-check labels for yourself.
