Frozen Chicken Nuggets by Tyson

If you’re managing milk allergy, finding convenient foods can sometimes be tough.

But these frozen chicken nuggets have worked for our dairy-free kiddo for years!

See ingredients on our bag plus dairy-free dip below.

PLEASE NOTE: Here at Milk Allergy Mom, we simply share products that work for our family. Please consult your own doctor before trying food, supplements, or other products. Also read all labels and call companies for the latest, most accurate product information.

Tyson frozen chicken nuggets were one of the very first convenient foods we found for our food allergy home over a decade ago.

It was time for an updated blog post!

In fact, we just served these up last night.

Right after pick-up from soccer practice and before we quickly left the house again for Bible study.

As I was grabbing kiddo at soccer, hubby had these going in the oven.

And the kids ate in the car on our way to church.

When you can’t stop at McDonald’s because of food allergies, this is what you do!

These frozen chicken nuggets are a God-send on our busiest nights when there’s just no time for a homemade meal.

OR when your kiddo really wishes they could enjoy chicken nuggets just like all their friends.

For the car, hubs threw these into divided Easy Box lunch boxes with warm green beans and oven baked french fries…

and off we went.

Our kids always like chicken nuggets with ketchup or ranch dressing.

But we also like making an easy honey mustard dip for chicken nuggets.

1/4 cup mayo
1 Tb mustard
1 Tb honey
1/4 Tb lemon juice

Whisk and shake ingredients together in an airtight jar with lid.  Store in refrigerator.

These also make for a fun party food when the kids have friends over.

No kids ever turn down chicken nuggets.

We’ve served up a whole party platter with chicken nuggets, pig-in-a-blankets, fries, and tater tots with a centerpiece of ketchup.

Too easy. And a huge hit.

When having a party, look for the large family size bag at Walmart

There are a few more frozen chicken products by Tyson that we like.

Chicken patties make for great chicken sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and mayo.

Chicken strips are perfect for making cobb salad at home. Yum!

Gluten-free chicken strips and nuggets are also available, see the Tyson link at the end of this post for more info.

Below is the ingredient label on the bag in our freezer.

But always double-check labels for yourself. Ingredients can change.

And we will also link you to the Tyson website for more info below.

Hope you can enjoy these chicken nuggets at your house!
