Dairy-Free Hey Boo Caramel Candy

Hey Boo makes delicious chewy caramel candies that my whole family swooned over.

All of the candies are deeply flavored and milk-free!

They are made with cane sugar, coconut milk, invert sugar, organic coconut oil, non-gmo soy lecithin, and cream of tartar.

Dairy-Free Banana Split with Caramel

When we were deciding how to feature the caramel sauce,

my hubby quickly suggested that our milk allergy son should try a REAL banana split.

A banana split complete with strawberries, chocolate syrup, dairy-free ice cream, dairy-free whip, bananas, caramel, and of course, a cherry on top!

Since we didn't have real banana bowls on hand,

we went for the unconventional banana split in a jar. 

You can layer anything in a glass jar, right?

We started with sliced bananas in the bottom followed by dairy-free ice cream, chocolate syrup, more bananas, more ice cream, sliced strawberries, whipped cream, drizzled caramel, and a cherry.

Because the caramel sauce is thick like an apple dip,

we thin out one tablespoon of caramel sauce with ½ teaspoon of dairy-free milk to get it to drizzle consistency.
