For the longest time,

I heard that certain convenient hot cocoa packets from Target were milk-free.

But I never took our chances.

Homemade hot chocolate is pretty easy, after all.

Until now.

With some OIT protection,

we are trying some new things!

Things we were nervous to try before.

And what do you know.

Target Brand Archer Farms makes SOME hot cocoa mixes dairy-free!

Not all the hot chocolate mixes are milk-free so please read labels. 

And if you need to call the company, please do so. We didn't. 

We just added our favorite dairy-free milk to the mix. 

That's almond milk for my kiddos and coconut milk for me. 

And we love it!

Top dairy-free hot chocolate with:

marshmallows

spray whip

chocolate chips

We've tried both the peppermint flavor and the dark chocolate flavor.

It's such a rich and creamy hot chocolate. 

And so easy for mom. Woohoo!
